Hants County Community Access Network (Hants County CAN) assists individuals who are searching for employment or who are interested in going back to school (high school or college/university). We offer many job readiness workshops, such as computer training, customer service, and first aid courses. We also assist people with resume and cover letter writing, employment counselling, and self-employment. Our staff will assist any individual, but our main clientele are persons with disabilities or other barriers that can make it difficult to find or keep employment.

On this NS Dept. of Finance site, you can find the 1998-99 NS Manufacturer's Guide. The entire guide is on-line. In order to download the guide, you must have Adobe Acrobat. Company listings in the guide are categorized by product/ service rather than geography.
