Emergency Preparedness Checklist (EMO)Be ready in your home and in your car...read more Property Tax BillsThe Town of Windsor sends out two property tax bills a year (an Interim Bill and a Final Bill). Please note that the Interim Bill is due by May 31st of each year and the Final Bill is due by September 30th of each year.
Water BillsWater bills are invoiced quarterly and you will now find a sewer rate charge on your water bill. Please note, this charge used to be included in the property tax rate but is now reflected on your water bill because it is based on water consumption.
